This morning, a batch of well-packaged, uniformly specified raw material blanks for precision transmission parts arrived smoothly at our production base. Colleagues from the warehouse and production departments worked in close coordination-unloading, counting, scanning codes, and warehousing-creating a busy but orderly scene. These blanks are exclusively used for the customized processing of 2525 nut and SFU1605 ball screw nuts for our long-term Indonesian customer. With the official arrival of the blanks, this overseas order has fully entered the precision finishing stage, and the workshop production line has immediately started full-load operation.
Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing markets for manufacturing upgrading in Southeast Asia. The local demand for precision transmission components in automation equipment, CNC machines, industrial robots and other fields has been rising year by year. The Indonesian customer we cooperate with focuses on automation production line integration and CNC equipment supporting, and has been our long-term partner for many years. In previous rounds of cooperation, the ball screws, nuts, linear guides and other products we delivered have successfully passed the customer's on-site batch testing with stable precision, durability and cost performance, becoming their long-term designated supplier for equipment supporting. This order is a bulk repeat order based on the customer's actual usage feedback, which represents not only trust but also another test of our product quality.
The two types of nuts to be processed this time are classic models in the linear transmission industry, featuring wide application and high requirements. The 2525 nut is a large-lead ball screw nut, mainly used for high-speed transmission and heavy load, which is mostly applied to the customer's high-speed sorting equipment, CNC cutting machines and automatic transplanting mechanisms. The SFU1605 nut is a universal precision nut, characterized by small size, accurate positioning and smooth operation, widely used in small CNC milling machines, 3C product assembly lines, precision testing instruments and other equipment. The customer clearly required in the order that the finished products must reach C7 precision grade or above, with smooth thread raceways, uniform fit clearance, no backlash, and adaptability to the local high-temperature and continuous high-load production environment, with all indicators fully in line with international export standards.
As soon as the blanks arrived at the factory, the quality inspection department immediately launched a full set of re-inspections. From material composition and hardness testing, to dimensional tolerances such as outer diameter, inner diameter and length, and to defect inspection such as no cracks and no sand holes on the surface, each blank was checked and recorded one by one, and unqualified products would never flow into the next process. The blanks that passed the inspection would be sent to the CNC processing workshop in batches according to specifications. At present, the workshop has already completed equipment debugging and process optimization: CNC lathes, raceway processing machines and precision grinders are all calibrated, and cutting tools, fixtures and measuring tools are fully prepared; the technical team has optimized cutting parameters, heat treatment curves and anti-rust processes in advance according to the requirements of the Indonesian order, ensuring processing consistency and product stability.
The person in charge of the workshop stated on site that two points matter most for overseas orders: stable quality and reliable delivery time, both of which we must uphold. From rough machining, finishing, heat treatment to precision testing, cleaning, anti-rust treatment and finished product packaging, each process strictly implements the three-inspection system: self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. Especially for the core raceway processing, high-precision CNC equipment is adopted for one-step forming to ensure smooth matching between nuts and screws, low noise and long service life. For long-distance ocean transportation, we also adopt special export-grade packaging that is moisture-proof, shock-proof and anti-collision, and each product is well protected to ensure intact delivery after crossing the ocean.
At present, the production line is running at full speed as scheduled. Front-line employees are in high spirits and operate in a standardized manner, sticking to their posts from morning to night, just to make every nut perfect. Everyone in the factory knows clearly that when this batch of products is delivered, it represents not only the factory's delivery capacity, but also the reputation of Chinese manufacturing in the overseas market. We are confident and capable of delivering a batch of qualified and high-quality 2525 nuts and SFU1605 nuts to the Indonesian customer on time within the agreed time.
The advancement of this order is also a microcosm of our factory's continuous development of the Southeast Asian market.
