Its KH0622 (inner diameter 6mm, outer diameter 12mm, length 22mm, weight 7g) and KH1026 (weight 14.5g) are compact, 15%-20% smaller than traditional ground outer ring bearings under the same load, saving space for lightweight equipment.

Its economy is notable. With a stamped outer ring, its purchase cost is 30%-50% lower than same-size ground outer ring bearings. It has low maintenance needs, standardized dimensions, good interchangeability and low failure rate (e.g., KH25 operates stably long-term), reducing maintenance and downtime losses.

It is highly efficient. Its steel ball circulation structure has a friction coefficient of 0.001-0.003 and transmission efficiency over 95%; KH15 supports 40kg, KH25 supports 160kg, with ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy, suitable for frequent start-stops and boosting equipment rhythm.
