Taking the SFU1605 model as an example, its rated transmission efficiency is 95%, which can reduce the power demand of the drive motor by more than 30% and is suitable for long-term continuous operation.

2. The positioning accuracy is outstanding. Industrial-grade products have a positioning accuracy of ±0.001~±0.01mm/300mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.0005~±0.002mm. Zero-backlash transmission can be achieved through double-nut preloading. For example, the 4010 model has a positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm/300mm, meeting the needs of precision machining.

3.It has a long service life and low maintenance cost. The balls are made of SUJ2 bearing steel, with a contact stress of 2000~3000MPa and a rated service life of 10000~20000 hours. Lubrication and maintenance only need to be performed every 6 months, which greatly reduces downtime costs.

4. It has strong bearing rigidity and wide adaptability. The axial rated dynamic load ranges from 5kN to 500kN. After preloading, the rigidity can be increased by 30%~50%, and the high-speed linear speed can reach 1~10m/s. It can transmit bidirectionally and is widely used in machine tools, robots and other equipment.

1. Q: What is the core difference between a ball screw and a regular sliding screw?

A: The core difference lies in the transmission method. A ball screw relies on balls rolling in the raceway for transmission, converting sliding friction into rolling friction, achieving a transmission efficiency of over 90%, with high precision and low wear. A regular sliding screw has surface-contact sliding friction, with an efficiency of only 30%-50%, is prone to wear, and its precision decreases quickly.

2. Q: Why doesn't a ball screw have self-locking capability? What can be done about it?

A: Because the rolling friction of the balls is very small, a vertically installed ball screw will slide down under load after power is cut off and has no self-locking capability. The solution is to pair it with a brake motor or install an external brake to prevent the risk of falling in vertical lifting equipment.

3. Q: How are the accuracy grades of ball screws classified? Which grades are suitable for which applications?

A: Accuracy grades are commonly classified from high to low as C0 - C10, with smaller numbers indicating higher precision. C5 and above are suitable for high-precision equipment such as CNC machines and laser measuring instruments; C7 meets the needs of general automation equipment; C10 is mostly used for conveying or simple lifting mechanisms where high precision is not required.

4. Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free?
