1. Q: How to determine the number of sliders when multiple rails are matched with multiple sliders?

Answer: Follow the principle of even load distribution:
Light load (such as small electronic equipment slide table): each guide rail is equipped with 1 slider, 2 guide rails can be used for a total of 2 sliders;
Medium loads (e.g. automated sorting tables): each rail is equipped with 2 sliders to distribute the load by increasing the contact points;
Heavy loads or overturning resistance requirements (e.g. large machine tools): Each rail should be equipped with more than 2 sliders, and the spacing of the slides should be reasonably spaced to avoid excessive force at a single point.

2. Q: Do I need to use the same batch of products for multiple linear guide rails?

Answer: It is recommended to give priority to the same batch of products. The same batch of guide rails has higher consistency in processing accuracy and dimensional tolerance, which can reduce the mating error during parallel installation; If it cannot be met, it is necessary to test the width, height and other key dimensions of each guide rail in advance to ensure that the deviation is within the allowable range and avoid uneven slider running resistance due to size differences.
