The GHH-CA linear guide linear bearing is a high-rigidity, heavy-duty precision transmission component, featuring a four-row circular arc raceway structure for balanced multi-directional load distribution. It comes with an automatic self-aligning function to compensate for installation errors, offers strong interchangeability of sliders and rails, and is easy to maintain. Made from premium bearing steel with anti-corrosion treatment, it is dustproof and sealed, suitable for various industrial automation and precision machining applications.

The core material of GHH-CA is SUJ2 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, complying with JIS G4805-2008 standard, with carbon content of 0.95~1.10% and chromium content of 1.30~1.60%. After high-frequency quenching, the hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the surface hardness after chrome plating is over HV900, featuring wear resistance and impact resistance.

It adopts precision grinding process, using 180-240 grit grinding wheel for fine grinding and processing at a constant temperature of ±0.5℃. The final dimensional accuracy is 0.1-0.3μm, the surface roughness Ra value is 0.025-0.2μm, and the friction loss is low.

It adopts a four-row 45°-45° DF combination design. The high-assembly structure increases the bearing capacity and torsional rigidity by more than 30%, the radial rigidity is 50% higher than that of ordinary double-row guide rails, the operating noise is reduced by 10-15dB, and the friction coefficient is only 0.001-0.002.

It adopts top-mounting installation and can absorb installation surface deviation within ±30μm; some models are equipped with IP54 double sealing, the slider can be connected to automatic oil supply, the service life is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary guide rails, and some specifications are interchangeable.

FAQ

 

 

1. Q: How should corrosion be prevented when using the GHH-CA in humid environments or where coolant is present?

A: First, use special corrosion-resistant seals; second, regularly clean any coolant residue on the guide rail surface and switch to rust-proof lithium-based grease. When used long-term in high-humidity environments, additional chrome plating can be applied to the guide rail surface, and the lubrication interval should be shortened to prevent water-based coolant from entering the raceway and causing rust.

2. Q: After long-term operation, the GHH-CA guide rail experiences sticking. What is most likely the cause?

A: There are three common causes. One is that iron filings, dust, or other impurities have entered the raceway, requiring disassembly of the slider and cleaning of the raceway and steel balls with anhydrous ethanol. Two is that the grease has dried out or deteriorated; in this case, apply the suitable NLGI grade 2 grease. Three is that the mounting surface has sunk, causing deformation of the guide rail, in which case the surface flatness should be recalibrated and support points reinforced.

3. Q: Can an automatic lubrication device be added to the GHH-CA? Which specification is suitable?

A: Yes, it can be installed with the E2 automatic lubrication kit. This kit comes in sizes 15, 20, 25, and 30, corresponding to the matching GHH-CA guide rail sizes. Once installed, it can automatically supply grease from the grease box at the end of the slider, reducing manual maintenance frequency, and is especially suitable for automated production line equipment with long-term continuous operation.

4. Q: When disassembling the GHH-CA slider, how can steel balls be prevented from falling out?

A: The sliders in this series are equipped with miniature retainers that hold the steel balls in place. When disassembling, keep the slider parallel with the guide rail and pull it out smoothly; do not tilt or pry forcefully. If the slider needs to be completely separated, use a special disassembly tool to support the bottom of the slider and slowly remove it from the guide rail to prevent the retainer from deforming and causing the steel balls to fall out.
